GARY GRASSO
Attorney
Gary is a forty-year attorney, Mayor of Burr Ridge, IL, former DuPage County Illinois Board Member, and past Chairman of the DuPage 911 Board. Gary brings you an extensive and successful legal career along with deep knowledge of public services issues. Gary has a long, successful history in the prosecution and defense of Law Firm and Lawyer malpractice cases. As a young attorney, he helped start, then build the legal malpractice department of a prominent Chicago insurance defense law firm. He also has represented patients, and defended physicians and hospitals, in high-stakes and emotional medical malpractice cases for twenty years. Since 2001, he has concentrated his legal services in representing clients against law firms and attorneys, including representing hedge and private equity funds, insurance companies, businesses, real estate developers, estates, and individuals. He has handled and tried cases in state and federal courts and argued appeals in state appellate courts in Illinois and New York, and before the Indiana Supreme Court. Gary also uses his public service knowledge and skills to assist clients with local and state government issues and regulations. Gary is an energetic and tireless advocate for his clients with proven results.
Gary always puts Family First. Janet and Gary have been married over forty years, they have raised six children and now also have three daughters-in-law and five grandchildren - so far.
ADAM BOWERS
Attorney
Adam has been licensed in Illinois for 18 years, and part of Grasso Law for 17 years. He handles legal malpractice, commercial litigation and transactions, and commercial bankruptcies. He has represented creditors and investors in significant Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. He also has represented clients in appeals to the Illinois Appellate Courts and Illinois Supreme Court. He and his wife, a family physician, are raising five children. As a candidate in formation to the permanent diaconate of the Catholic Church, Adam devotes himself to fraternal service on behalf of the poor, the sick, and those in need.
CHRISTEN KORZYNIEWSKI
Paralegal
Christen is a paralegal with over twenty-three years of experience. Christen assists the firm with all litigation cases, from the inception of the case through discovery and trial. She also specializes in real estate law transactions and assists in all aspects of the firm’s real estate practice.
Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Christen started her legal career in Dallas, Texas as a personal injury, workers compensation and civil litigation paralegal. Upon moving to the Chicagoland area in 1997 she continued her legal career with a local firm providing legal support in the areas of litigation, real estate, municipal law, probate, and personal injury.
Christen and her husband, Douglas have two daughters. Most often you can find her spending quality time with the family at the lake, at the softball field or cheering on the Spartans at MSU!
